Here are moments of life with these wonderful children.

In 2011 I asked Moni and the children what they would do if they were King (or Queen) of the World. Here you’ll find some of their considered and beautiful answers. Here are moments of life with these wonderful children.

The first two clips show getting ready for school, including morning exercises. The last two show celebrations: a New Year’s picnic in the mountains and an ad hoc good-bye party. Sorry for the grainy-ness. All things considered, utilizing youtube beats high quality movies that either take too long to download or can’t be seen at all.

Here’s a glimpse of morning preparations at the SCWPC.

Everyone loves the CAPACITAR movements we do in the morning. These movements are simple and powerful ways to center, ground and tap into the power and presence we have. Above all, they’re lots of fun!

For the Nepali New Year – 2068 – we rented a bus and drove an hour into the mountains with about 50 adults and children, food and paraphernalia to set up an outdoor kitchen, and a soccer ball. Best of all, we had the ghetto blaster that 6th grade kids in a school in Canada had bought for the kids in Nepal. These chaotic film snips give a taste of the picnic where everyone, including the bus driver and a couple of volunteers had a fine time. The air was clean; the wind was blowing. Food, song, dance and games filled the afternoon. Many thanks to those of you who contributed.

These guys love to party with song and dance. A friend leaving is a great excuse. It was filmed in the midst of the chaos without light. I hope you can decipher some of it.
